  • 120 grams powdered sugar adding the perfect sweetness without grittiness
  • 115 grams whipped topping thawed to give a light and airy quality

Coconut Layer

  • 400 milliliters coconut cream infusing the dish with deep, tropical flavor
  • 80 grams shredded sweetened coconut boosting texture and sweetness
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract offering a warm aroma and flavor enhancement

Whipped Topping

  • 240 milliliters heavy whipping cream providing a luscious and creamy topping
  • 25 grams granulated sugar to sweeten and stabilize the whipped cream
  • 115 grams whipped topping for the final fluffy layer

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until resembling wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into a 23×23 cm baking dish to form an even crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Gently fold in half of the thawed whipped topping, then spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Coconut Layer

  • In a separate bowl, stir together the coconut cream, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
  • Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer, ensuring an even distribution.

Whipped Topping

  • Whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping. Spread this fluffy topping over the coconut layer.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Optionally, garnish with extra shredded coconut before serving and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For cream cheese, ensure it’s at room temperature for best results. Consider using unsweetened shredded coconut for extra coconut flavor. You may substitute store-bought whipped topping to simplify preparation. For added decadence, try a layer of chocolate ganache beneath the coconut layer.
