Instructions
 

Create the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix until smooth.

Prepare the Cucumbers

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Combine and Marinate

  • Pour the peanut sauce over the sliced cucumbers and toss gently to coat. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the dish and adjust seasoning with salt or extra soy sauce if needed.

Serve to Impress

  • Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped peanuts, cilantro, and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
