Preparation

Making Ganache

  • Stir the mixture until smooth, then add the butter and any optional vanilla or sea salt.

Chilling

  • Cover the ganache with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Shaping

  • Once firm, scoop out portions of the ganache and roll them into smooth balls.

Coating

  • Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or desired coating and place on parchment paper to set.
