Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and crushed Doritos. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions, shaping each into a patty with a slight dimple in the center.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • A minute before finishing, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns cut side down on the grill/skillet until golden brown.

Assembly
