  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (Smoky Honey) Use a smoky sweet BBQ sauce for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing Creamy and tangy dressing for balance.
  • 1 cup Crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese) Adds a delightful crunch and cheesy flavor.
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese (Freshly Sliced Sharp) For melting on the patties.
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns (Soft Potato Buns) Soft and fluffy buns for the burgers.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and crushed Doritos. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions, shaping each into a patty with a slight dimple in the center.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • A minute before finishing, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns cut side down on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
  • Layer each bun with a cheesy patty, drizzle extra BBQ sauce or ranch dressing, and top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips: Do not overmix the meat, make a well in the middle of patties for even cooking, use fresh ingredients, and feel free to experiment with flavors.
