Ingredients
  

Pasta and Protein

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta Cook until al dente
  • 1 pound ground beef Cook until browned

Sauce and Seasoning

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Use 1 tablespoon for cooking beef, rest for sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Garnish and Extras

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley For garnish
  • grated Parmesan cheese Optional for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about half a cup of cooking water.

Cooking

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and break it into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and golden.
  • Return the browned beef to the skillet and fold in the drained pasta. Mix well and add reserved pasta water for a silky texture.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot with grated Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using flavored butters or adding sautéed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
