Preparation

  • Thaw the shrimp if frozen and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, then grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque with grill marks.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry pan to make them pliable.

Assembly

  • Assemble wraps by placing romaine lettuce on each tortilla, topping with shrimp and Caesar dressing, and adding Parmesan and croutons.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
