Ingredients
  

For the layers

  • 20 pieces chocolate sandwich cookies For the base and garnish
  • 3 cups vanilla custard or pudding Velvety texture preferred
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding or mousse Rich chocolate flavor preferred

For the toppings and texture

  • 1/4 cup nut butter Peanut or almond butter recommended
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs Halved for topping
  • 1 cup crispy tofu cubes For added protein and texture
  • 1 cup roasted broccolini Goes on top for a unique touch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by adding a generous layer of vanilla custard or pudding to the bottom of a large glass bowl.
  • Press a layer of chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the custard.
  • Spread a thick layer of chocolate pudding or mousse over the cookies.
  • Repeat the layering process with additional custard, cookies, and chocolate pudding until the bowl is filled.
  • Artfully arrange the soft-boiled eggs, crispy tofu cubes, and roasted broccolini on the final layer.
  • Drizzle extra nut butter over the toppings.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, don't rush through the layering process. Allow each layer to set briefly before adding the next. The dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
