Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Brush half of the honey glaze over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • In the last few minutes of baking, brush the remaining honey glaze over the salmon.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the honey glaze for 30 minutes before cooking. Spice it up with a pinch of red pepper flakes or substitute maple syrup for honey. Use skin-on salmon for added flavor.
