Preparation

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until it melts into a smooth blend.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and fold in the coconut flakes, lime zest, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Feel free to add more lime zest for an extra punch, or try different mix-ins like chopped nuts.
