  • Incorporate the lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Churning

Freezing

  • Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it is firm.

Notes
