Preparation

  • Marinate the fish by mixing olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice in a bowl. Add the fish, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Chop the cabbage and carrots into thin strips.
  • In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, apple cider vinegar, and cilantro. Toss to create a slaw.
  • Prepare cauliflower rice according to package directions or sauté in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated fish and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
