  • 1 package 14.4 oz graham crackers The perfect crunchy base.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Rich and smooth, this ingredient provides the core of the filling.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Helps sweeten the filling.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed Adds caramel-like sweetness.

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips For melting into a rich topping.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Optional for a thinner chocolate coating.
  • to taste Additional peanut butter for drizzling Optional finishing touch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture on a graham cracker and top it with another graham cracker to form a sandwich. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Refrigerate the sandwiches for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Assembly

  • Once the sandwiches are chilled, dip each into the melted chocolate and coat thoroughly. Place on a wax paper-lined sheet.
  • Drizzle with melted peanut butter, if desired.
  • Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened.
  • Slice into squares or serve whole. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For best results, ensure peanut butter is at room temperature. Coconut oil helps achieve a smoother chocolate coating. Experiment with crushed nuts or flavored chocolate chips.
