  • 1–2 teaspoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce optional, for heat
  • 2–4 tablespoons warm water to adjust consistency

  • Gather and measure all ingredients to ensure a seamless cooking experience.
  • In a medium bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup or honey.
  • Add minced garlic and optional ginger, then stir to combine.
  • Mix in sriracha or chili garlic sauce if you want heat.
  • Gradually whisk in warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust by adding more lime for tang, soy sauce for salt, or sweetener as needed.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
