Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the chicken pieces, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high and brush the grates with olive oil.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes
