Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Thai Kitchen Brown Rice Noodles The base of the dish.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Adds freshness.
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Juicy and sweet.
  • 1 medium Onion Aromatic when sautéed.
  • 8 ounces Shrimp Tender and juicy.
  • 8 ounces Ribeye Steak Rich and marbled.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the noodles.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, creamy peanut butter, chili powder, and spicy chili crisps. Whisk until smooth.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear ribeye pieces for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  • In another skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté broccoli, onion, and bell pepper for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the water is boiling, cook the brown rice noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Add shrimp to the vegetable skillet and cook until pink and curled.
  • Add the drained noodles and sauce to the skillet, mixing with vegetables and shrimp. Add back in the ribeye pieces and mix until everything is glossy and well coated.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.

Notes

Tip for success: Ensure your oil is hot before adding proteins for a perfect sear. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
