Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the noodles.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, creamy peanut butter, chili powder, and spicy chili crisps. Whisk until smooth.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear ribeye pieces for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  • In another skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté broccoli, onion, and bell pepper for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the water is boiling, cook the brown rice noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Add shrimp to the vegetable skillet and cook until pink and curled.
  • Add the drained noodles and sauce to the skillet, mixing with vegetables and shrimp. Add back in the ribeye pieces and mix until everything is glossy.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the ribeye in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Consider adding toasted sesame seeds or fresh herbs like cilantro or green onions as garnish.
