S'mores Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Sweet and crunchy base for the pie.
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted Helps bind the crust together.

For the Filling

  • 2 pints chocolate ice cream, softened The star of the dessert, rich and creamy.
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff Adds a fluffy, sweet layer.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Provides texture and nostalgia.
  • 0.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Adds chocolatey goodness.

Instructions
 

Preparation of the Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until fully incorporated.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the crust to cool completely.

Assembly

  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Spoon the marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate ice cream and smooth it out.
  • Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the marshmallow layer.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, approximately 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For an extra special touch, consider adding a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top just before serving. You can also mix in crushed graham crackers with mini marshmallows for added crunch.
