Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

Toasting Nuts and Sautéing Vegetables

  • In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pine nuts for 3-5 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  • In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.

Combining Ingredients
