  • 1/4 teaspoon sumac Provides a tangy flavor
  • a pinch freshly ground black pepper To elevate flavors

Preparation

  • Slice the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, sea salt, paprika, sumac, and black pepper.
  • Gently mix the ingredients until the tuna is well coated.
  • Scoop the tuna mixture into the avocado halves.
  • Optional: Garnish with microgreens and black sesame seeds.
